LISA'S STORY
When Lisa first came to me over three years ago, she was feeling completely lost in terms of direction. She wasn’t sure how to approach her nutrition to achieve the body she dreamed of, and her confidence was low. She was reserved and didn’t feel comfortable in her skin, making it hard for her to believe in her potential. Fast forward to today, and Lisa’s transformation has been nothing short of incredible. Not only has she completely transformed physically, but her mental and emotional growth has been the most powerful change. Over the years, we’ve worked closely to reshape her relationship with food, building a balanced approach that aligns with her goals and maximizes her progress in every area of her health and fitness journey. Once we established a solid foundation, we began our first real dieting phase, leading into a photo shoot to test her ability to handle the mental challenges of a strict diet—something she never thought was possible, let alone envision herself stepping on stage. From there, we entered her second "building" phase, which led to her first official prep for FMG. To say that Lisa thrived during this phase would be an understatement. She was fully committed, with constant communication and daily check-ins to ensure she was on track and non-negotiable in her efforts. When Lisa hit the stage, she took second place in a stacked lineup in the Bikini Athletic category—a major accomplishment, especially considering she once doubted whether she was "big enough" for this category! Since her debut, we’ve spent the last 18 months carefully planning for her next competition, with a clear goal in mind: to secure that pro card on our next stage appearance!
LAINY
When Lainy came to me at 17, she was just beginning her preparation for her FMG debut. Unfortunately, her experience with her previous coach hadn’t been the most effective, and she was feeling uncertain about the journey ahead.
At the time, Lainy had limited knowledge of nutrition, tracking, or why these elements were crucial in any phase of her prep. She wasn’t tracking her data, and naturally, she was starting to worry whether she’d be ready in time for the competition.
We dove straight into a comprehensive focus on education, making sure she understood the "why" behind every step of the process. This approach didn’t just improve her physical transformation, it empowered her with the knowledge to become an all-around athlete.
Throughout her prep, I watched Lainy truly blossom—growing stronger, more confident, and more powerful with each day. The transformation was not just physical; the confidence she gained was something truly remarkable.
With consistent fine-tuning, as we got closer to the show, Lainy’s hard work paid off. At just 17 years old, she placed 3rd in her very first FMG competition—a phenomenal achievement, and one that’s incredibly rare for someone at her age!

When Sophie first came to me for coaching a couple of years ago, she, like many others, felt lost when it came to food and nutrition. She had no clear structure or understanding of how to approach her goals, and she needed the right guidance to gain both knowledge and confidence in her journey.
Week after week, Sophie exceeded expectations, tackling every challenge I gave her with determination. It was amazing to watch her transform—physically and mentally—into someone with an incredible physique that continues to leave everyone in awe!
Our first "cutting phase" leading up to her first team shoot was a turning point. It sparked the idea that Sophie might one day compete. And from there, the transformation only accelerated.
Sophie is an absolute powerhouse—she’s driven, follows every instruction, and always asks insightful questions to make sure she understands the why behind everything she’s doing. This mindset is so important for any athlete, and it’s one of the key reasons she has been so successful.
As a result of her dedication, Sophie earned several top placements, including a silver medal, just narrowly missing the overall win for the day.
Looking back, Sophie probably never imagined she’d be competing at such a high level, let alone walking away with multiple medals. But it’s proof that with focus, hard work, and the right mindset, anything is possible!

I was once absolutely lost, had no idea where to start with my health and fitness journey and became extremely unhealthy in the process, I knew I was risking my health slowly but surely so I began to learn, research and trial/error on repeat until I found my way to commencing my studies.
I wanted to become qualified to not only help and educate myself but to prevent anyone from feeling as lost and alone as I did when first starting my fitness journey.

It is important to us that clients don’t just get told what to do, but they know WHY we are prescribing things and we want it to be collaborative, meaning they also have their say on what they feel will be best for their mental and physical wellbeing too!
All of our clients track every single aspect of their data and communicate with all coaches in our momentum method up through Evefit, which is an exceptional app to is able to give the most to our clients and for our clients to have an effortless resource to be able to get the most out of their health and fitness journeys
This will come down to several factors such as your day-to-day schedule and overall lifestyle, what your current goals are and your current training routine prior to commencing with Momentum Method, again we want to allow it to be sustainable!
As I qualified nutritionist, I pride myself in ensuring that all clients get a completely customised meal plan catered to their lifestyle, their goals and their preferences. On top of that, they will also get macro nutrient and caloric goals and also will be completely guided and educated on how to track their macros to track their meal plan and how to flexible diet to ensure there is absolutely no restriction in their approach!
Well that is required at momentum method is a 12-week minimum requirement of coaching as this allows us to ensure that we can get up to more results in that time then once that has concluded all is required as a two week cooling off notice before terminating coaching!
Most clients will see very noticeable changes within the first couple of weeks and will continue to for the journey of their coaching. If the effort is put in by the Client as well as coaching as a two-way street we will give our all to our clients we just in return ask our clients to give their all. This does not mean we want perfection we just want intention and for our clients to want to be their best selves!
These results that we achiece at momentum method are not only extraordinary but they are sustainable, which is what we are all about.
