My coaching combines the right training and nutrition protocols with ongoing education, mentorship, and unwavering support to ensure your success. As an Accredited Sports Nutritionist and Online Performance Coach, I am deeply passionate about evolving people’s understanding of what they can achieve with the right mindset and approach. Through extensive study and hands-on experience, I’m here to help you push boundaries and create lasting change. I first fell in love with nutrition and training during my own fitness journey. I’ve been through the confusion and anxiety about what’s “right” when it comes to reaching my goals. I’ve faced the same struggles many of us deal with—finding balance in our relationship with food, training, and ourselves. That’s why I became a coach. My mission is to help you overcome the obstacles I’ve faced, empowering you to take control and achieve a sense of balance and confidence. Whether preparing for a photo shoot or competition or simply looking to transform your body and mindset, I’ve had the privilege of guiding countless individuals toward their best selves. I’ll help you master your training and nutrition without guilt so you can feel empowered in every aspect of your journey.

Momentum Method
I’ve loved fitness since I was 6, growing up in a sport-driven family and competing in everything from athletics and dance to rugby league and hockey, representing my hometown for years. After school I found the gym at 20, and during COVID I recommitted to my health through online programs and training at home.
In 2023 I started working with Imogen and haven’t looked back—strength, wellbeing, and future competing goals are now my focus. After 5+ years working in a coal mine, I’m completing my Cert III & IV in Fitness and stepping into my true purpose: helping others build strength through sustainable training and nutrition, while still enjoying life, travel, and time with friends.
Meet Jesse-Lee - Momentum Method
My love for fitness started way back when I was only 6. Coming from a very sport driven family I was exposed to fitness from a very young age. I was always a sporty kid from athletics and dancing when I was much younger to rugby league and hockey as my schooling life ended and any other sport offered to me I would play, not only play but excel at. Proud to say I have represented my home town year after year through majority of those sports all the way up until I left school and found the gym at age 20. In between the age of 17-20 as we all do I found the partying life and started to not feel right in myself don’t get me wrong fun memories but not for life. As covid hit I really started to focus on my health and wellbeing doing online training programs and anything I could do in the back yard.
I then started working with Imogen myself back in 2023 and have not looked back, really making my health, wellbeing and strength my priority. Even having competing goals in the future.
Majority of my working life I have worked at a coal mine, which I have done for over 5 years now while it’s been great for other life aspects it is not my passion. Started studying my Cert 3 & 4 in fitness and feel I have finally found my true purpose. My goal is to be able to help everyone reach their full potential and strength through correct nutrition and training whilst also enjoying this life we live, as girl that loves nothing more then to travel the world and enjoy time with friends. I fully believe we can enjoy life whilst being the best version of ourselves.
